Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Rotini by Barilla (Or any pasta your have)
  • 1 Jar of Alfredo by Classico (Use more as needed but will increase the cals)
  • 6 Slices of Center cut Bacon
  • 7 oz of cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken breast (any LEAN leftovers)
  • 2-3 tbsp of Jar Garlic or 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley

Instructions

  1. Instructions: Bring a pot to a boil, and salt your water. Finely mince ⅓ of the bunch of parsely. Cut your bacon into small bite sized pieces. On a large pan on medium heat, add cooking spray and then wipe it off. Add in your bacon and cook until crispy. Leave the bacon fat. Your water should be boiling ,so boil the pasta for 1-2 minutes under what the box instructions say. Strain and rest once finished. In the bacon fat cook your garlic on a low to medium until it gets crispy and fragrant. Take your time here, add the love. Once the garlic is crispy add in your cooked chicken breast. Let that heat up then add in your parsley, bacon, alfredo sauce and cooked pasta. Mix and let everything come up to temp for 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
