Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 6 servings (12 oz) DRY Linguine Pasta
  • 1 Can Classico Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 small squeeze Lemon
  • 4-5 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. Boil your water, preheat the oven to 325. Generously season the chicken with the cajun seasoning. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until 165 internal. Boil your pasta 1-2 minutes below the recommended time. Pull the whole pot of pasta off the heat and move it to the side. In a large clean pan on a medium heat, add in all of your alfredo sauce. Add in your pasta with tongs. Mix around for 2-3 minutes so everything is incorporated. Pull off the heat and rest on the side. Once the chicken is finished cube or cut into strips. You can mix it all together into the pasta. Plate it up and enjoy! :D
